Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (Federal Holidays Excluded). All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via UPS or USPS and transit times will vary depending on location. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska will be sent via USPS Priority mail. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Please be aware that we cannot ship to PO/APO/PPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will NOT ship internationally due to United States export control laws and regulations.
WARRANTY
All our products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. TactaLoad will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product which proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty does not cover problems caused by damage, malfunctions or conditions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES
If your order is not correct or is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs. Please contact our customer service representatives concerning problems with your purchase or with any questions about our products. We promise to do everything reasonable to accommodate you.
